Desperate customer
I app**** for a loan because I have a bad credit score they approved they said I should pay R1500 for insurance fee. The insurance fee is written in the contract and it is to cover up if ever you can't pay for the loan anymore. I paid it after that they sent me a message saying I should pay R2070 for bank charges. I paid it after they said I should pay R1399 it's a delay fee. I'd like to ask is this process true
