Delays due to your system

I have been trying for 3 days now to get my paperwork sorted to exactly what they needed.<br> <br> I keep sending it to the 3 email accounts I was given over the phone and on sms as well.<br> <br> I have now faxed it twice as well and I have gottn sms's back saying they did receive the paperwork.<br> <br> When I phone the call center tells me that they don't have the paperwork yet and laughable that \We have to go search for it manually"<br> <br> I don't really care that your system is slow or that the faxed are not automated"
