DEFAULT ON CREDIT REPORT??
I've been undergoing debt counselling for almost 3 years and I've reviewed my latest transunion credit report. You have a default recorded against my name. This is against the law!! I am protected by the NCR act and as I am making monthly payments in line with my court order, there SHOULD NOT be a default against my name!! PLEASE SORT THIS OUT ASAP!!
