Deductions before agreed debit order date

Good Day<br> <br> Kindly note that I've incurred unpaid debit order fees due to Direct Axis debiting my bank account prior to my pay date. I've encountered this issue last year as well and was advised that it will not occur again as I've communicated that my pay date is on the 25th of every month several times.<br> <br> Please resolve this matter and repay the unpaid fees I've incurred.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Sharon Ensal<br>
