Deducting money after settlement
Good Day
According to the settlement letter , I owed R802.42 which was settlement last month where they deducted more money than the settlement amount.
This month again they deducted money out of my account which is the same amount as the initial loan agreement.
This is not fair on me and this is not good business ethics.
Kindly refund me my money
