Debt written off that we are not even aware of - Direct Axis

<p>we are in the process of applying for car finance, my husband done an application yesterday to get news that the application was declined, upon furthr investigation we found out it is due to debt written of by direct axis in 2013 for a loan, as far as we can remember we had no loan with direct axis, this is so annoying, why do creditors do this to customers why, you go & apply for a bond, car finance knowing that as far as you can remember you are clean than smack in the face. i am so fedup with the **** that we must deal with</p>
