Debt Order going of before salary is payed in

Dear DirectAxis. Hopefully this will get your attention. After several e-mails to you guys still no response. Every month before my salary is even in the bank you guys run the debit order taking my account into a overdraft and I must then pay the cost for that. After telling your consultant to let the debt order go of after the 25th of every month she still did it her way. Think its pathetic service from a big company like yourself. Seeing there is no response for you I will cancel my debit order and pay it manually every month

Hello, thanks for getting in touch. We’re sorry you were inconvenienced again, the last time you called in the consultant should have reminded you of our debit order process. Because we’re not able to deduct debit orders on public holidays and weekends, your debit order had to run on the last business day before the holiday. We’ll arrange for a specialist from our Customer Care team to contact you. Team DirectAxis

Hello Direct Axis........so much for you excuse about the debit order run on public holidays and weekends. It's a poor excuse. Once again the debit order went of before my salary is in the bank. So I WILL be canceling the debit order at the bank today and will be paying it over manually every month. You guys have got no intentions of helping and I think your customer service is pathetic for such a big Company.
