Debt collection costs

I hereby wish to express my disgust at the incompetence of Direct Axis. There consultants know absolutely nothing about the National Credit Act. I've been trying to stop them from charging me DCA commission for over a year now, but I cannot win with these people. How can you charge interest on arrears plus DCA commission when a customer was never handed over to a collections agency? And to top it all they tell you that FNB to FNB transactions does not reflect the same day therefore they have to charge me DCA commission. Seriously? Even a 5 year old knows that is ****... Is not my right to decide which method to use to pay my accounts? I even pay my Home loan account via eft and I am not forced to sign a debit order authorization. In fact I pay all my accounts via EFT. I'm sorry for your *********** call Centre agents but I think it's time you stop ripping people off.
