You debit me twice in December. I send you three emails and you don't get back to me. I HAVE TO CALL TO GET YOU TO REFUND MY MONEY!!!! Your collections staff ar rude and kept putting me on hold or transferring me to your main switch board. ABHORRENT and DISHONEST. Now I have to wait 10 business days to get my money back. So in total you have now had my money for a month and a half.
