Debit order ***** up!!
I mad the terable mistake of entering in a loan agreement with DirectAxis. Every month I have unsucessful debit orders on my bank statements as well as arears interest.

Upon entering in agreement with them, I requested that my debit order should run on the 25th of each month or the closest working day if the 25th is over a weekend or public holiday, as I prefer payment via debit order to ease life and responsibilities.

Ever since my agreement was finalised, Direct Axis runs their debit order on the 24th. For what reason I am not sure, as the initial agreement stated the 25th!

Due to their inproper behaviour, this results in unpaid debit orders reflecting on my bank statement, as well as arears interest payable every month.

I have send 4 mails since 12/01/2016 to get this resolved. The only response that I receive:
Thank you for your correspondence. One of our consultants will be in contact with you within the next 24 working hours, either via email, SMS or telephone.

NOTE: This is an automated email, please do not respond to it.

Further to this I had no consultant or any one phoning me to get this resolved!!

Check your statments well!!!
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have escalated the matter to a consultant who will be in touch with you shortly.
