Debit order reversal
I have been trying to get a debit order reversal done since my loan is in advance, I have called and being transferred from one department to the next, no one willing to assist. Eventually someone suggested I send an email to customer care, which I did and still no one has called, nor sms or email. It should be a straightforward process honestly. It is disappointing.
