Debit Order Date NEVER changed for months!!!

I have a loan with Direct Axis. My loan normally came off the 25th of each month but my salary date has changed to the 8th of every new month. I have had this problem for months now, spoken to 5 people to change the debit order date and it never changes. I now incur the costs of failed debit orders each month. Can someone please assist me with this once and for all? This should be such a simple matter to solve.The last person I spoke to had a very bad attitude and was quite rude.
