Debit order date moved without consent
Debit order date moved without consent to an earlier date, resulting in my cheque account incurring unnecessary charges, this is very unfair. These are predatory practices

You perform an ******* debit causing my account to be on negative which has serious financial implications, then you inform me that the bank charges will be refunded to my loan account. Otherwise, I should pay the pending monthly installment less the bank charge incurred. DirectAxis is abusing the terms of contract we have. This is unacceptable, respect me.
