DEBIT ORDER
We signed a debit order for the 20 th of each month.They put it trough on the 19th.Now our bank-records show a rt.It is unacceptable.I demand a written explanation for this ****up or i will take it further to the NCR

Please note, as per your Loan Agreement, should your date of deduction fall over a weekend or public holiday then your debit order will be actioned on the last preceeding business day.
