Debit Order

HI <br> <br> These past 2 months have been hectic, either I have been paid late or the bank takes off late POS purchases.<br> <br> Now This month I got late pay which ,means not all my debit orders were honored. I requested an alternative arrangement for my loan to be paid for example EFT as sometimes the bank takes off money late then the debit order bounces and more bank charges. I have now only put money in yesterday. The debit order was supposed to go off on the 30th and you guys are already complaining about arrears. I am still waiting for you guys to re debit my account. Every time you guys phone me as well, I answer and you guys put the phone down in my ear its totally unprofessional I am not paying any inerest for late payments that you guys could not take off.<br> <br>
