Debit my account despite loan settlement

Despite settling my loan account at the start of the month, contacting the call center twice for confirmation, and receiving a paid-up letter, my account was still debited. The lack of competence at the head office in canceling the debit order is unacceptable, and it's affecting my budgeted funds.
