Customer requests are ignored

I requested assistance on the 20th and was promised assistance, however to date, no one has contacted me from Direct Axis to assist me. I am going to default on my payment this month and I don't expect you to contact me for Collections since you failed to assist me. I will make an additional payment (what I can afford) from next month until the missed payment is covered. Your service is disappointing.
