Customer Harrassment not acceptable

I called to get settlement letter to payoff your account and the harassment I'm getting day and evening is totally not acceptable. i regret i ever even had dealings with you, there is a Treat client fairly principle do you know what it means. HELL NO! do no harass your paying client as a ******** i cannot wait to settle and never deal with you ever again.<br> NB: i work for the bank and i work during the day so stop making calls to my phone its really annoying and not the way to treat your clients
