Customer Care - non existent!
So I paid my loan in full on the 5th of April. I tried to phone, not being able to get through. I've send and email to collections as well as customer care addresses, just to get a paid up letter. Absolutely no response or reply. Can someone please send me a paid up letter. Thanks

01 May 2022, 14:16O yes... a consultant contacted me, explaining that the paid up letter will be sent to me on not later than the 14th of April... I STILL did not get this letter. Was this phone call only to pacify me? Is it possible that you can respect your clients and sent me a paid up letter urgently. Thanks
