Customer Care?? Anyone??

Does anyone work in the Customer Care Department? I have been trying to get a Paid Up Letter for the past month.. multiple calls, multiple emails - No response. All they do is try and offer you more money. *** ?? *** ?? I have told them multiple times about the change in my email address but nothing has been received. Someone PLEASE, all I’m asking for is a paid up letter. What more must I do?
