Cruelty and dishonesty

i App**** for ccovid-19 Cashflow Relief loan from Direct Axis/ Call Direct(FNB) early June 2020 and it was approved for R4605.61 which was for 3 Months (may, june and july) then i extended the loan for (August and September) With R3467.75 But on 02 June 2020 R1497.76 and 02 September 2020 i got debited the Loan amount R1497.76 so i want to know what was the cashflow relief for? Am i being ****** my hard earned money or am i being made stupid? Itried calling but i never get help. If the cashflow relief loan is approved, then why am i debited the loan amount? I am not interested in calling again
