So I, a typical South African barely s****ping by, barely living month to month, made a loan with direct axis in a time of desperation. I recently was in a position to consolidate my debt but still I am living month to month barely s****ping by. I received a letter from Direct Axis clearly stating my account is settled and CLOSED! Now, I who have to count my cents twice, think 10x before I spend a penny noticed Direct Axis debits me R60. Why? So I call them, no this is for insurance on my account. WHY??? If my account is CLOSED why do I need to pay insurance. And NO, it is not the life insurance you smeared off on me, it is a debit from Direct Axis. So, in my mind this is theft. You are *****ing from me. I cannot get any assistance from these people. I need that R60, I need every single cent of my money that I possibly can. So how many of your closed accounts do you debit amounts from that wont be noticed unless you check? *********! That's what you are. If you people don't refund my money I will make a ******** case!!
