Credit report not updated for more than a year!

I had a loan with Direct Axis a few years ago. I was sequestrated and rehabilitated in January 2016. For some reason my loan amount is still reflecting as current on my credit report despite having informed Direct Axis to update the status. I would like someone to urgently address this ASAP.
