Coved 19
i have app**** for the Coved 19 payment relieved and was approved. on the 30th April my debit order still went off. I called in and was advised I need to send an email to *** and they will refund me. same was done on the 30th April on the 5th May I called again as I have not had any feedback. I was told to resent the mail which I done. This morning I called again and spoke to a very nice lady by the name of Shane who told me that the email they send me does not work from the month of April and they need to send the email from there side. Hopefully I will now get feed back as she promised me that the mail was send. will have to wait and see
