Court order to restructuring debt not done

Approximately 8 years ago I was forced to put myself under debt rescue after my mother passed away and my marriage fell apart. Long story short when one goes into debt rescue the court issues an order that outstanding debt needs to be restructured. After paying for 5 years (that was how long Debt Rescue told me I would be paying) was I informed that I will only be done by 2028....bare in mind I have been paying since 2018. I then decided to move my business to a different company and increased my amount so I can get this matter sorted out. However Direct Axxess (one of my debtors) failed to restructure my debt with them as per the court order. It was picked up by Debt Lifeline after I requested a settlement amount. So here's the question if they failed to implement the restructuring of the second court order how do I know they even implemented the restructuring of the first court order????? Now that we have requested feedback there's no one getting back to us. Maybe that's because they owe me money.......so Direct Axxess....please investigate and give me feedback......
