Contract with DA not MBD
My name is MR SE Ntwana I had a loan with you and the last payment was done last month...I have received an sms MBD saying I’m still owing R5000 which is not true...I see the account has been closed from your side however the MBD seems to be having incorrect information. My ID number is ***....the sms I have received reads as follows: R600.00 instal. on DIRECT AXIS acc not honoured. Non-payment may affect credit profile negatively. MBD tel ***. *** Please explain where is this R5000 coming from also last month I was over charged.
