Contract not explained. Benefits the company.

I accepted an offer for a loan 2 years ago .They did an endor*****t on my title deed of my house at their expense. I have settled the loan and it has become my problem to remove the endor*****t at my cost.The contract was not explained. People be wary when these loans are offered to you. Sounds very rosy when that money goes into your account. When you settle, or think that the loan is settled, surprise. Another R4000 to remove the endor*****t
