Contract Chancellation

I called Auto and General loans department to have my loan account settled with them on the 29/06/2015 .<br> The settlement letter was then sent to me , having being advised that the quote is valid for 2days , I then settles my account by the 30/06/2015 and sent through my proof of payment .<br> To date 07/07/2015 no on has called to confirm receipt of payment and no one has advised as to whether it has been closed or not .<br> <br> This people are fast to accept applications and transfer money to ones account but take forever to have the account close especially if you had settled it before the contract period .<br> <br> What happened to keeping the customer informed or client service in this industry ?<br> I would edge anyone to take a contact with them .
