Consultant refusing to assist
I requested a statement earlier on and I could verify ALL my personal details except my previous employer`s contact details.The consultant refused to help me. I find it ridiculous and blatant. How can it be so difficult to assist a client? I did not request any information to be shared telephonically ,just a statement to be emailed to exactly the same email address as on their system.!!!!
