30 Oct 2023, 15:08In the end Diret axis just dissapointed me...they aproved me with a certain monthly installment i requested just to lower the interest rate percentage and askek to use my credit life policy and the reject that based on their policies ...that one is fine i understand but what i find scary is after that they offer me a installmet that have increased by R100 ..i thought i was just confused till i listened to my call records ...no am not happy
