Confusing payment methods
I made an EFT payment to a FNB account number *** - payment ref no: ***, not realizing that this account number is attached to different businesses. Supposedly the payment was for Wesbank, however it was made to Direct Axis personal loans.
Kindly assist with reversing this payment back in my account so I can once again deposit directly to Wesbank.
