Concerned regarding loan

I took a loan with directaxis in 2011 and i lost my job around 2013 since then is been hard to get employment and i once wrote letter to them about my situation and nothing happened except the fact that my name is tarnished. Furthermore i requested 90 to 95% off my loan acc so i can ask my cousin to pay it for me since im not working so that my name can be cleared then i can get back to employment again. Direct Axis failed to assist me with this matter hence i had no other alternatives but to escalates this matter here so that everybody can see how cruel and unfair is this finance company.
