Compliment to Staff member

I am responding to my last complaint, which to my surprise has been partially resolved by Thersia Moore, So this is my Compliment to you, Well done! This Lady showed and offered me the service that all staff should be trained to do, knowledge on the account, polite, friendly, efficient, well spoken and she is a real asset to Direct Axis, THANK YOU for your wonderful response and service, Thersia Moore. I only wish the bond cancellation will offer me the same service as I await their response.
