COMPLAINT

I have been retrenched and my insurance company has paid two installments and Direct Axis still deducted it from my bank account via debit order. Karlien from the claims departments promised I would get paid out with 3 days! NOTHING!!! Phone lines are just not working. Even tried FNB, just as useless as to get me through Please can someone help me! *** WHEN YOU APPLY FOR A LOAN, YOU ARE THE BEST!! THEN, FOR ANYTHING ELSE, YOU MEAN NOTHING!!!! Never again!!
