COMPLAINT
I took out a loan with DirectAxis. During the COVID lockdown I had not received a income. I then asked for assistance from DirectAxis. I was refered to my policy cover and had to submit my claim via there system. Why was I told to submit my claim then after few weeks later I was declined. Mebo-Draughting did not provide me with an income due to the municipalities being closed and could not continue with my business in this lockdown. Why did the consultant not tell me beforehand what should I do instead making me do a claim. I don't read nor study their own policies written under Hollard. Please can you urgently assist me I need to be helped in my Loan payments.
