Complaint - Direct Axis
I repaid my direct axis loan (Sanlam Personal Loan) in September 2020. I ceded an existing Sanlam policy of mine as collateral. Recently i noticed that the cession was still registered and sent a letter to Sanlam to cancel the cession and was told that they require a letter from Sanlam loans to do this. I have been calling the Direct axis call centre on *** and this has not been resolved. i have spoken to numerous consultants over the past month and this still has not been finalised. Please I need this finalised because it has serious repucussions at time of payment.
