Complaint Against Direct Axialis!!!

Direct Axis borough money to me April 2015 and I contacted them to reduce my installment because of a accident cost. They just went forward and hand me over to Sigma which is a Debt Collector. I only receive an Amount of R19600 in April 2015. I paid R1000 for nearly 4 years to Sigma who refused to sent me a statement. After years they informed me my outstanding amount is nearly R23000 ??? Then they put the account back to Dorect Axis who contacted me. They also never sent me a breakdown what happened to all the money I already paid to them. All of a sudden they transferred my Account to Legal???? Then to another Debt collector VVM Attorneys and I got a statement that my outstanding jumped to over R30000 been more than 7.5 years now. The amount is going up and never down!!!!@ they listed me on ITC stating 9 months in arrears. So now I have a bad credit score. Starting with R19600 April 2015 and we are in July 2022???? Still more than R30 thousand rand outstanding??????
