Complaint AGAIN
Nwabisa Mbulaheni complaining about Direct axis for the 3rd time now, im not too sure if the customer service agents don't now what they are doing or the person (refunds department) that their saying they are referring the matter to does not what is doing. I am still waiting for my refund of R3880 that I was incorrectly debited on the 27th of January and I was promised to get my money between 05 to 10 days now its day 12 but no answer or call (as promised), from them. Can they kindly call me back and explain what is the hold up. As I desperately need this money for other important things.
