Complaint about Direct Axis

I settled my loan with them at the beginning of September, after that they sent me a statement reflecting the amount they claim I still owe them even though I paid them in full, I phoned them to enquire they asked me to send them my proof of payment. I sent that to them on the 14th of September, they then sent me an sms, thanking me for the proof of payment I sent to them. On the 24th of September, they still deducted money from my bank account, I tried phoning them and their service was extra extra poor, it was just terrible. If you are lucky enough for them to even pick up your phone they will transfer you to another line without helping you and you will hold forever until you hang up or they will hang up on you in the middle of a conversation, this lady by the name of Charlotte did exactly that, she hanged up on while we were still talking. I am very disappointed
