Complaint

Hello,

This is a complaint against Anthea, who called me at 09.14 today (06.03.2020) She doesn't have any people s****s, was sarcastic with me and spoke/ shouted over me while I was talking. There was a noise on the phone, which she denied making. I requested that her Manager call me, to which she rep**** "if he has time". Not what I expected from Direct Axis. She said her Manager's surname is Barnes- she hesitated when giving this info, so I don't know if it's true. I do not want to speak to her Team Leader. I'd like her Manager to listen to the call and then call me on ***
