Complain Direct Axis
I had a loan with Direct axis for more than 10 years and the debt order was coming out of my account every month on the 28th Last year June 2022 I paid extra by R100,000, so in this 12 November the loan was e paid up. On the 28th November they debt whole installment again from my account after a few calls with various consultants the same happened in December once again they took a full installment from my account having a credit of two months Now I been asking for refund after logging a complain and various calls, I am not getting any joy.
