Clueless
After begging for answers for a week I recieve a message that my application is cancelled. I contacted the call centre and they couldnt tell me why. I need someone in a senior position to get hold of me ASAP. Im beyond frustrated with the service. Everyone there is clueless. And do NOT respond with "we will look into it" because that never gets done.
