closing accounts with credits, but money dissapears,

Conned again by DA, my account was closed while it still had a credit, and no credit made to my account. how do you close and account even if there is a R5 credit, makes me wonder, who is *****ing from people...DA 1stly de*****s me, then they ***** from me, + they load 3 different profiles on ITC for ********** accounts they approved and paid out, affecting my CREDIT SCORE, AND BELITTLING MY NAME...you Pathetic DA... you de***** me, and then you ***** from me, i should really notify everybody about your ethics.
