CLOSED/PAID UP LETTER
I have been requesting a closed/paid up letter from these people for well over five weeks now, the keep sending the same e-mail without getting any help. I'm currently stuck under debt review because of them. The people from the debt experts wants a letter from these people(directaxis) so that they can remove me from debt review but they just don't want comply. I don't know what else do to now. When i call they just tranfer me from on agent to another for more than 2hours on the line.

The last time i was able to get through them they told me that they don't have any of my information on their data base, that was about 8weeks ago, now the very same legal department is transfering my calls all over the place the whole day
