Client service disgusting
I'm so disappointed with Direct Axis. I've been trying to get hold of someone to assist me for over 2 weeks now. Only be on the phone for hours, to be transferred from one department to another and then only to get cut off. I've been given five different nymbers to phone and still I did not get anyone to assist me. I've send emails asking them to contact me, only to get a sms to phone them. to change my debit order to cash payments. I know they do this, if anybody could just assist or don't they know how to do their job
