Clearance Certificate and Status Update
Good day, I received a paid up letter from you after being under debt review on 23/4/2018. I also received a clearance certificate on 29/8/2018. I have recently found out that my status still reflects as under debt review which of course influences my credit score etc. Please urgently confirm that my status on your system no longer reflects as 'under debt' review as this is no longer the case. Account Nr.: *** Your feedback and assistance to clear my status would be greatly appreciated
