Outstanding Capital Balance of R 1,455.23 Advance Amount of R 6,058.26 Amount due: -R5690. 86 According to the above, I have a surplus and there is a possible refund due to me. If my interpretation of the statement is incorrect, please clarify the meaning of the advance amount of R6,058.26 and the negative amount of R5,690.86.This is now my second attempt to resolve this. can you kindly provide a detailed explanation of the two balances listed above.
