CATCH A WAKE UP DIRECT AXIS!!!!
I am yet again disappointed to say the least about the service I have received from Direct Axis. I have app**** for a payment holiday for the Covid19 pandemic and they have agreed to assist me in this regard. I have been waiting forever to have the monies credited back into my account which they have wrongfully debited and this morning I wake up to my bank account being debited yet again. It clearly seems to me that being a financial institution that Direct Axis has no clue as what they are doing. Their management s****s are pathetic as well as they are no help either. They promise to contact you back and you find yourself having to chase after them. This issue is going on from the 17th April 2020. Ive dealt with several call centre agents aswell as a team Manager Juan. After a whole month battle with Direct Axis my money was refunded on the 21st May. This morning the 25th May 2020 my account is debited yet again by Directaxis. I would like to make this public and let every one know, they need to think again before taking a loan from Directaxis.
