Cant stop Direct Axis spam emails

How do i get DirectAxis to stop sending me email spam ? there is no option at the bottom of emails where i can unsubscribe. i have tried calling the numbers in the email & the line just goes silent when i ask them to remove me from their mailing list. Surely we have protection from this behavior ?
