Can't get a simple paid up letter!!
I only want a paid up letter, yet have to make 20 calls for an account which was paid up years ago. Why have you done the necessary and updated your records so peoples profiles can reflect correctly. Can't believe that you can get away with not updating people credit profiles properly. I asked 4 agents to speak to a manager and the call gets disconnected!!!
